The Persaksla is a rock spur in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It marks the northern end of the eastern Petermann chain in the Wohlthatmassiv .

It was discovered from the air and mapped using aerial photographs during the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher . Further aerial photographs and measurements were made during the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960). It is named after Jan Per Madsen, meteorologist on this research trip.
