Peter-Robert King

Peter-Robert König (born July 12, 1959 in Zurich ) is a Swiss journalist and non-fiction author .

Life

According to his own information, he studied ethnology and psychology at the University of Zurich .

In 1985, König began his research on the subject of occultism and the occult order and has since written more than a dozen books on the subject. His main topics are the Ordo Templi Orientis (OTO) and related organizations, which König summarizes under the heading "OTO-Phenomenon". According to his own statements, he became a member himself and in some cases came to organizational levels, such as the position of head for Europe of the Ordo Templi Orientis Antiqua (OTOA). König on this: "Correct ethnological work requires the inclusion of oneself" ( action research ).

König published extensive source material for his books and articles, which were printed in the form of facsimiles in his books, including his own membership confirmations and the like.

His writings appear at the Protestant Working Group for Religious and Weltanschauung questions (ARW).
