Peter Anders (born November 7, 1949 in Oer-Erkenschwick ) is a former German football player and today's coach .
Career
Peter Anders went through all youth teams at SpVgg Erkenschwick from the age of six . From the 1968/69 season he played in the men's team of SpVgg. The club built on young players like Anders or Gerd Deutschmann in the then Association League Westphalia . The team finished second behind the DJK Gütersloh at the end of the season and Peter Anders took part in the German amateur championship . There he reached the final and lost to SC Jülich 1: 2. As a runner-up in 1969, he was promoted to the Regionalliga West. In an additional qualifying game against SSV Hagen , SpVgg Erkenschwick won 2-1 after extra time in front of 20,000 spectators at the Rote Erde stadium in Dortmund.
From 1969 to 1974 Anders played with the Erkenschwicker team around Hugo Lütkebohmert and Horst Koschmieder in the Regionalliga West , the best placement was a sixth place in the 1971/72 season. After the restructuring of the DFB leagues, he qualified with his club for the newly founded 2. Bundesliga in 1974 and scored three goals in 42 second division games. In 1975 he had to end his career due to a serious knee injury and then coached the A-youth and later the second team of SpVgg Erkenschwick.
Other coaching stations were the clubs VfB Kirchhellen , SpVgg Herten , SG Hillen, Blau Weiß Post Recklinghausen and the U-18 of SpVgg Erkenschwick. From February 2008 he was coach at FC 96 Recklinghausen in the Westphalia League . In November 2010, Anders decided to terminate his contract on December 31, 2010. On January 1, 2011 Anders returned to SpVgg Erkenschwick and became the sporting director of the youth department, he also looked after the U-17 and later the U13 of the club.
