Peter Bülow

Peter Bülow (born March 14, 1941 in Berlin ) is a German legal scholar .

Life

After graduating from the Goethe-Gymnasium (Frankfurt am Main) in 1962, Bülow was with the German Navy for two years. After studying law in Frankfurt am Main and Munich , he passed the first exam in 1969 in Frankfurt am Main and the second exam in 1972 in Wiesbaden . After graduating as Dr. iur. In 1972 at Benvenuto Samson he worked as a freelance lawyer and specialist lawyer for tax law at the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court . He was an employee of the TU Darmstadt and the University of Saarbrücken . After completing his habilitation with Dietrich Schultz in 1981 ( venia legendi for civil commercial and economic law) in Saarbrücken , he accepted an appointment at Trier University in 1982 . In 1992 he received an honorary doctorate from Miskolc University .
