Peter Binoit (* around 1590 ; † May 14, 1632 in Hanau ) was a German still life painter .

His father Jacques Binoit had emigrated from the Netherlands and moved to Cologne. Peter Binoit is considered a pupil of Daniel Soreau and married his niece Sarah Soreau on February 15, 1627 (baptized on January 3, 1605 in Frankfurt a. M.).
