Peter Feldmann (painter)

Peter Feldmann (* 1790 in Krefeld ; † 1871 ibid) was a German landscape painter , draftsman and lithographer .

Life

Before 1819 his father did his first training in Krefeld. Feldmann stayed in Paris between 1819 and 1822 . He then went on study trips through France and around 1824/25 a trip to Italy . From 1825 he was a writing and drawing teacher at the grammar school in Duisburg . Feldmann made trips to Baden-Baden and Switzerland from 1830–1832, and in 1842 a second visit to Paris took place.
