Peter Goossens (* 1964 in Zottegem ) is a Belgian chef who runs a restaurant with three Michelin stars .

Career

After completing his training at the Ter Duinen hotel school in Koksijde , Goossens gained experience in Paris , where he worked in various restaurants for four years, such as a pastry chef at Gaston Lenôtre . In 1987 he took over a bistro.

In 1992 he opened his restaurant Hof van Cleve in Kruishoutem . In 1998 it was awarded two Michelin stars , then three stars.

From 2007 to 2009 Goossens also ran a brasserie in the Royal Museums of Fine Arts , where typical Belgian dishes were served. Goossens also appears regularly as a television chef.
