Peter Heinrich (politician, 1948)

Peter Heinrich (* 28. March 1948 in Nassau ; † 23. May 2015 ) was a German CDU - politician and member of the Saxon Parliament .

Life

Peter Heinrich attended the Polytechnic High School in Frauenstein from 1954 to 1964 . After the subsequent apprenticeship as a blacksmith , he worked as an electric welder in the Reichenau steel construction for eight years . One and a half years of basic military service followed .

After qualifying as a professional driver, Heinrich worked for 16 years in the Freiberg motor traffic , of which eleven years as a professional driver. Heinrich was the operations manager and head of the TLK and in 1990 head of the economy. From 1986 to 1991 he completed a distance learning course as a traffic engineer .

Heinrich was a Protestant, married and had two children.

politics

Peter Heinrich had been a member of the CDU since 1980 . He was a member of the local association and state chairman. From 1989 Heinrich was a member of the city council. From July 1990 to 2008 he was the full-time mayor of Frauenstein . In October 1990, Peter Heinrich was elected to the Saxon state parliament for one electoral period through constituency 53 ( Brand-Erbisdorf - Freiberg II ) with 50.7% of the votes. There he was chairman of the environmental committee.
