Peter Heydeck

Peter Heydeck ( Ukrainian Петро Гейдек / Petro Hejdek , scientific. Transliteration Petro Hejdek ; Russian Пётр Николаевич Гейдек / Pyotr Nikolayevich Geidek , scientific transliteration. Pëtr Nikolaevič Gejdek * 1941 in Nikopol , † 2016 in Germany ) was a German painter of Ukrainian origin. Some of his works are exhibited in Moscow's Tretyakov Gallery .

Life

From 1970 to 1975 he worked as an art teacher in Drohobych . He studied at the Ukrainian Polygraphic University in Lviv (1974–1979). From 1980 to 1989 he was rector of the children's art school in Drohobych.

He became a German citizen in April 1999 and moved to Northeim in September 1999 . He was a member of the Federal Association of Visual Artists .

Painting style
