Peter Hinz (politician)

Peter Hinz (born April 10, 1958 in Stuttgart ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

In 1978 he passed his Abitur at the Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium Leonberg . After 1983 at the University of Tübingen with a degree in law began, he was in 1988 his first state examination in 1990 and his second state examination. Hinz received his doctorate in 2003 on the subject of the treatment relationship between contract doctor and patient in statutory health insurance at the University of Leipzig .

In the 2013 federal election , Hinz was elected to the German Bundestag at 16th place on the Baden-Württemberg state list . Two days after the election, however, he refused to become a member of the Bundestag for personal reasons, so that Kordula Kovac entered the Bundestag as his successor on the list.

Since 1990 he has been a member of the Corps Rhenania Tübingen .
