Peter Lehmann (computer scientist)
Peter Lehmann (born September 7, 1961 in Rodalben ) is a German business IT specialist. Since 2003 he has been professor for business informatics at the Stuttgart Media University .
At the university he is responsible for the field of business intelligence with a focus on data warehouse systems, enterprise data warehousing, SAP ERP and SAP business information warehouse .
Professor Lehmann is director of the Institute for Business Intelligence and a member of the Business Intelligence & Knowledge Management research area at the university.
Lehmann previously worked in the private sector, including a. at SAP Systems Integration, Konstanz (2000–2002), Lawson Mardon Singen GmbH, Singen (1996–2000), Hellwig and Partner, Konstanz (1992–1996) and ASCOM Gfeller AG, Bern (1988–1992).
