Peter Leitner (politician)
Peter Leitner (born February 18, 1944 in Graz , † February 7, 1996 in Mortantsch , Styria ) was an Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).
education and profession
After attending elementary and secondary school , he began an agricultural apprenticeship. Then he attended an agricultural college. In 1967 he obtained the master's examination for general agriculture, in 1974 the master’s examination for fruit growing .

- 1980: District Chairman of the Austrian Farmers' Union in Weiz
- 1986: Chamber councilor of the regional chamber for agriculture and forestry in Styria, Graz
