Peter Mauley, 3rd Baron Mauley (also Peter V Mauley ) († 1355 ) was an English nobleman. He was a son of Peter Mauley, 2nd Baron Mauley and his wife Eleanor, a daughter of Lord Thomas Furnival.

In 1332, while his father was still alive, Mauley received part of the family estates, which comprised a total of 60 Knight's fees in Yorkshire . After the death of his father, he became a Member of Parliament as Baron Mauley . Like his father, he was involved in the war against Scotland and fought in the victorious Battle of Neville's Cross in 1346 . Possibly he took part in the campaign of King Edward III in the same year . to France.

His father had married Mauley around 1321 under pressure from the powerful Bartholomew de Badlesmere with Badlesmere's ward Margaret († 1382), a daughter of Robert de Clifford, 1st Baron de Clifford, who died in the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314 , and his wife Maud de Clare . His heir was his son Peter Mauley, 4th Baron Mauley , who, however , had to leave an extensive Wittum to his mother .
