Peter Miniböck

Peter Miniböck (* 4. November 1946 in Vienna as Peter Ivan Zaiser ) is an Austrian writer .

life and work

Peter Miniböck was born in Vienna in 1946 and has lived in Mödling- Hinterbrühl since 1983 . He writes prose and poetry as well as book reviews in literary magazines. He also writes comments about artists in cultural magazines and catalogs.

In 1990 his first book was published, a volume of poetry (“Anleitungen zum Ververren”) and the first reading took place together with the writer Hans Lampalzer . After further publications, he often appears at readings and also organizes “literary performances” (Grafenschlag Art Week, Atelier 3A, Lindabrunn Symposium).

In 1989 Peter Miniböck received the Lower Austrian Literature Award .

Peter Miniböck is a member of the Austrian PEN Club , the Franz Kafka Society , the Podium and the IG Autorinnen Authors .
