Act

Moers' documentary Von Göttern und Designer - A Faith War Reaches Europe (on Arte ) (together with Frank Papenbroock ) from 2006 caused a sensation . It describes the attempts of Christian fundamentalists to anchor the creationist belief system in biology classes and to identify the theory of evolution as wrong or to present it implausibly. The film sparked discussions about such efforts across Germany.

In May 2009, Moers was able to demonstrate in the report With the Bible for the Abitur (also with Frank Papenbroock) a further spread of creationist tendencies at Christian private schools in North Rhine-Westphalia.
