Peter Prehn (born November 2, 1941 ) is a former German handball player .

Life

Prehn began playing handball at TSV Altenholz in 1947 when he was six . In 1964 the back player moved to THW Kiel , for whom he played in the handball Bundesliga from 1967 to 1972 . He scored 96 goals in 69 games.

In 1968 Prehn completed three international matches for the German national team , one of them against Norway in Kiel's Ostseehalle .

After the end of his playing career, Prehn worked as a handball coach at TSV Altenholz.

Peter Prehn is married and lives in Flintbek .
