Peter Sommer (born December 6, 1957 - October 19, 2018 ) was a German football player .
Career
Peter Sommer moved to 1. FC Nürnberg in 1970 as a 12-year-old and became German youth champion in 1974 with the club. During his professional career he played for FCN and MTV Ingolstadt . For Nuremberg, he made two Bundesliga games in the 1978/79 season . In both games, Sommer was substituted on and could not set any accents. From November 1979 he was under contract with MTV Ingolstadt and brought it to 15 games and five goals. He later played for Südwest Nürnberg.
