Peter Spears (born 20th century in Kansas City , Missouri ) is an American actor and film producer .

Career

Peter Spears graduated from Northwestern University in 1988 . Spears is married to acting agent Brian Swardstrom.

Spear's career began in 1991 as an actor in the TV movie 5 Days . In addition to smaller roles, appearances in television series such as Matlock , Friends and Emergency Room - Die Notaufnahme followed . In 1996 he worked as a producer for the first time, and was responsible for the production of the short film Scream, Teen, Scream . For his work as a film producer on the film Call Me by Your Name , Spears received a nomination in the category " Best Picture " at the 2018 Academy Awards . The film was also nominated for a BAFTA Award and a PGA Award .
