When a visit to a fitness studio and the dyeing of his hair did not change anything, his wife Nina had a spontaneous night of love in the kitchen.

Since something breaks on the house more and more often, he persuades her to sell it to move to the beach. Against Nina's expectations, a buyer is found after several weeks; George agrees to move out within ten days for an additional charge and presents Nina with a fait accompli. Since they cannot find a new apartment so quickly, they temporarily move into Annie's in-laws' house.

Nina does not feel well and thinks she is going through menopause , at the doctor it turns out that she too is pregnant. George initially reacts horrified, which he later regrets. When he sees the new owner of the house wanting to tear it down, he wants it back; he pays an extra $ 100,000 for it. They move back in and with Franck's help (the wedding planner for Annie's wedding) a "baby suite" is added. Towards the end of Annie's pregnancy, she moves back in with her parents because her husband Bryan is on a business trip.

After several false positives, Annie's labor begins. At this point in time it also happens with Nina. George has to support both of them first, until Bryan shows up just in time. The two women are taken care of by the young doctor Dr. Megan Eisenberg looks after. George constantly doubts the doctor's competence, finally he reveals to her that his wife and daughter are "everything he has in life". Dr. Eisenberg replies that she understands that. After all, both babies are born healthy: Annie with a son named George, Nina with a daughter Megan.

Shortly thereafter, Annie and her family said goodbye to move to Boston for work. George can accept this.
