Peter Vollmer (politician)
Peter Vollmer (born April 14, 1946 in Bern ) is a Swiss politician ( SP ).
Life
Peter Vollmer studied economics and received his doctorate. Between 1977 and 1986 he was a member of the city council of Bern , between 1986 and 1989 Grand Councilor of the Canton of Bern and between 1989 and 2007 National Councilor . After resigning from the National Council, he worked as director of the public transport associations VÖV and cable cars in Switzerland .
