Peter von Krockow

Peter von Krockow (born June 2, 1935 in Kaunas , Lithuania , † January 25, 2018 ) was a German fencer and doctor. He took part in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome and together with Jürgen Theuerkauff , Wilfried Wöhler , Dieter Löhr and Walter Köstner, he shared fifth place with the men's saber team. Krockow fought at the fencing club Hermannia Frankfurt and was still a member of the national team after the Olympic Games in Rome. He later practiced as an ear, nose and throat doctor in Kahl am Main until old age.
