The Petroff Point (English; Bulgarian Петров нос Petrow nos ) is a 1.2 km long headland on the east coast of the Brabant Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It protrudes 3.85 km northwest of Mitchell Point and 6.8 km southwest of Spallanzani Point into Hill Bay .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after the Bulgarian-US inventor Peter Petroff (1919–2003), who developed the first digital wristwatch .
