Rectory in Schongau

The catholic rectory in Schongau , a town in the Upper Bavarian district of Weilheim-Schongau , was essentially built in the 18th century. The rectory at Kirchenstrasse 7, across from the parish church of the Assumption of Mary , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey saddle roof structure has five to four window axes . The original door frames with elaborately designed door leaves from around 1720/30 are still preserved on both floors. The banded stucco work in a large room on the upper floor dates from the same period .
