Rectory Langennaundorf
The former rectory Langennaundorf is a listed building at Dorfstrasse 19 in the Langennaundorf district in the small town of Uebigau-Wahrenbrück in the Elbe-Elster district in southern Brandenburg . It is located about 200 meters north of the Protestant church , one of the most striking buildings in the village.
Building description and history
The distinctive Wilhelminian style building is characteristic of the town today. It was built in 1889 after a previous building on the site had been demolished on the northern village green of Langennaundorf. The building is a two-story brick building with a gable roof . The street-side access is possible via an outside staircase with a wooden vestibule. Inside the building there is a wide front hallway, some living rooms and the former community hall on the ground floor . There are some living rooms and chambers on the upper floor.
The listed building ensemble also includes the half-timbered construction of a former barn , the roof structure of which forms a simple longitudinal structure . This building dates back to the 18th century .
