Parish church Magdalenaberg
The Roman Catholic parish church Magdalenaberg is located in the village of Magdalenaberg in the municipality of Pettenbach in the Kirchdorf an der Krems district in Upper Austria . It is consecrated to St. Mary Magdalene and belongs to the Pettenbach dean's office in the Linz diocese . The building is a listed building .

The church is elevated above the place at Magdalenaberg 1a. The cemetery is on the north side.

The church was built around 1500.
Church building
- Church exterior
The church has a west tower with an onion helmet . On the south portal, on which the year “151” is written, and on the Gothic north portal there are Gothic fittings on the doors . Both portals have vestibules. To the south of the choir, the two- bay cross chapel from 1685 adjoins the church.
- Church interior
The church has a two-aisled, five-bay nave. The late Gothic two-bay choir with a 5/8 end is vaulted with mesh ribs . The interesting Renaissance vaults of the nave , later than the walls and pillars of the nave, are cross-vaulted . The vault is provided with stucco ridges and fields from the second half of the 16th century.
Furnishing
The high altar dates from 1713. The altarpiece was painted by Andreas Steeger . The side altars with cartilage are from 1653. The pulpit dates from 1674. The silver-plated baroque crucifix comes from the first quarter of the 18th century . Three baroque paintings hang in the nave . One is a Vespers picture , one shows St. Mary Magdalene and one shows St. Jerome . The pictures were painted at the beginning of the 18th century. A small statue of Our Lady comes from the beginning of the 18th century. The altar of the Kreuzkapelle was made from parts from the 17th century.
