The Roman Catholic parish church of Wolfsegg am Hausruck is located in Wolfsegg am Hausruck in the market town of Wolfsegg am Hausruck in the Vöcklabruck district in Upper Austria . history

A Gothic church was mentioned in documents in 1477. In 1702 a structural expansion took place with Leonhard Endthofer. In 1729 the church was again greatly expanded and rebuilt with Johann Michael Prunner . After a fire in 1864, renovations were carried out. The tower was given a pointed helmet in 1867/1868.

architecture

The square choir has a flat hanging dome and a three-eighth end. The nave is subdivided into two long rectangular central rooms with lateral vaulted vaulted extension rooms with three-eighths closing. The west tower wears a pointed helmet.

Furnishing

The interior is from the third quarter of the 19th century. The pulpit from the end of the 17th century was later changed. A figural group of guardian angels is from the end of the 17th century.

A late Gothic crucifix is ​​from the first quarter of the 16th century. A late Gothic lecture cross was made around 1500.
