Phaisan Pona (born March 13, 1982 in Chaiyaphum ) is a Thai former football player on the position of a defender . He last played for Banbueng Phuket City Football Club in the Thai League 3 - Lower Region.

Career

He began his career in 2004 at Chonburi FC , for which he played a total of four years and played 106 games for the club. He became a member of the club when he was still playing in the Thailand Provincial League , and in 2005 he made it to the Thai Premier League . In 2007 he won the championship, the first major title of his career. With the club he took part in the AFC Champions League in 2008 . It was used in five out of six group games. His last title with FC Chonburi was winning the Super Cup in 2008. At the beginning of the 2009 season, he moved to Pattaya United , for which he is still active today. Due to his performance in the club, he took part with the national team in the ASEAN soccer championships in 2007, where the team reached the final.
