Philip A. Brady

Philip A. Brady ( June 10, 1898 - January 6, 1995 ) was an Irish politician.

Brady worked as a pharmacist in Dublin from 1917 . In 1951 he was elected to the 14th Dáil Éireann for the Fianna Fáil . After an election defeat in 1954, he was able to return to the lower house in 1957, to which he was a member until 1977. At this point, Brady declined to run again for reasons of age. Instead, his son Gerard ran , who was then elected to the 21st Dáil Éireann.

From 1959 to 1960 Philip Brady held the office of the Lord Mayor of Dublin ( Lord Mayor of Dublin ).
