Philip Ayton (born January 26, 1947 ) is a retired English squash player .

Career

Philip Ayton was active as a squash player between the late 1970s and the late 1980s.

With the British national team he became world champion in 1976 . He also took part in the world championships with her in 1971 and 1973 . Both times he finished the tournament with the team in second place. At European Championships he was with the national team in 1973, 1974 and 1977 European champion. In 1975 he won the British championship.
