Philip George (born June 13, 1993 in Nottingham ), also known as Phyaero , is a British DJ and music producer from Nottingham.

biography

Philip George began taking piano lessons at the age of five and continued through level 5 (the 8-level ABRSM system). He also learned to play the drums . His first self-produced music was still to be assigned to drum and bass , later he switched to house . He published his pieces on the Internet via YouTube and Soundcloud . He also worked as a DJ and played nationwide.

In 2014 he put the track Wish You Were Mine on the Internet, which contains a sample from My Cherie Amour by Stevie Wonder . It became very popular, reaching one million views on YouTube and three million views on Soundcloud. The 3 Beat label discovered the song and signed George. The Motown label was also involved for the US market. Wish You Were Mine was released at the end of the year. It has also been featured on BBC Radio 1 several times. In the first week of 2015, it debuted at # 2 in the UK Top 40 .
