Philipp Lochmann

Philipp Lochmann (* 22. April 1589 , † 11. June 1652 in Guben , Niederlausitz , Electorate of Saxony ) was Chancellor of the pin Neuzelle , electoral Saxon council and owner of the deposit rule Spremberg .

Life

He came from Borna near Leipzig. His father was Philipp Lochmann, who was court director of the Forst estate around 1596 . In 1608 Philipp Lochmann enrolled at the University of Jena , where he received his doctorate in law in 1618 . In 1621 he was named doctor of both rights and syndic in Guben . In 1522, Lochmann was first mentioned as Chancellor of Neuzelle Abbey, for which he was briefly appointed as one of three administrators in 1626 .

In 1629, Philipp Lochmann was court director of the Forst dominion, from 1635 to 1639 Land Syndic of Lower Lusatia and then the Electoral Saxon Appellate Council. In 1649 he acquired the Forst dominion as a pledge. Philipp Lochmann owned the Schönaich, Groß Bösitz and Pless estates.

Philipp Lochmann was married to Anna Hoffmann, daughter of Johann Hoffmann, administrator in Rochlitz (November 22, 1621). They had as children
