Philipp Ludwig Böhmer (born August 14, 1666 in Hanover , † March 31, 1735 in Celle ) was a German Lutheran theologian and general superintendent of the general dioceses of Göttingen , Calenberg and Lüneburg-Celle .

Böhmer, son of the secret secretary Böhmer in Celle, studied theology and taught as a professor at the University of Helmstedt . In 1701 he became the first pastor at the St. Johannis Church in Göttingen , professor at the pedagogy and general superintendent of Göttingen, in 1708 pastor and collegiate senior in Wunstorf and general superintendent of the general diocese of Calenberg.
