Philipp Jakob Freiherr von Breidbach-Bürresheim called vom Riedt (born December 10, 1792 in Mainz , † November 7, 1845 in Wiesbaden ) was a German chief master of ceremonies and a member of parliament.

Life

Breidbach-Bürresheim was the son of the Electoral Mainz Privy Council, Lieutenant General Field Marshal and President of the War Council Friedrich Philipp Carl Johannes Nepomuk Freiherr von Breidbach-Bürresheim (born June 8, 1754 in Mainz; † April 29, 1805 in Aschaffenburg) and his wife Philippine Magdalene Countess and Noble von und zu Eltz called Faust von Stromberg (born November 22, 1757 in Mainz; † September 27, 1797 ibid), the daughter of the Imperial and Electoral Mainz Privy Councilor and Chamberlain Anselm Casimir Franz Graf and noble lord von und zu Eltz-Kempenich called Faust von Stromberg and the Eva Maria Johanna Freiin Faust von Stromberg.

Breidbach-Bürresheim, who was a Catholic denomination, married Caroline Walburga Philippina Freiin von Greiffenclau zu Vollrads (born January 21, 1808 - March 29, 1858) on June 11, 1833, the daughter of the kk chamberlain Philipp Karl Freiherr von Greiffenclau zu Vollrads and the Walburga Countess of Valais.

Breidbach-Bürresheim was chief master of ceremonies. 1831–1841 he was a representative of the Count of Waldbott-Bassenheim and 1843–1845 as a representative of the Prince of Wied der Herrenbank in the state parliament of the Duchy of Nassau .
