Philippe Delerm

Philippe Delerm (born November 27, 1950 in Auvers-sur-Oise ) is a French writer, former French teacher at the Collège Marie Curie in Bernay and father of the singer Vincent Delerm .

After studying Romance languages, he worked as a teacher in Normandy . Delerm is one of the most widely read French authors. “Ein Croissant am Morgen” (German translation 1998) was very successful with almost 1 million books sold, was on the bestseller list for over 100 weeks and has also sold almost 50,000 times in Germany. Philippe Delerm lives with his family in Beaumont-le-Roger in Normandy .
