Philippe Erne (born December 14, 1986 in Vaduz ) is a Liechtenstein football player .

Career

Philippe Erne began playing football in the youth of FC Vaduz. In 2005 he joined the first team of the Swiss club Chur 97 . But after only two years he moved back to Liechtenstein to work for USV Eschen-Mauren .

In January 2011 he went back to FC Vaduz , whose team played in the Swiss second division . After a long break from injury, Philippe Erne was loaned to FC Balzers in the summer of 2012 to gain match practice. He returned to Vaduz during the winter break, but his contract expired in summer 2013. First he then played again for FC Balzers, received a contract with the German regional league club SC Pfullendorf in January 2014 , which was looking for reinforcements in the relegation battle. Since Pfullendorf was relegated from the regional league, Philippe Erne returned to FC Balzers in the summer of 2014.

National team

Philippe Erne made his debut for the Liechtenstein national team on November 14, 2009 when he came on for Franz Burgmeier in the 67th minute in the 5-0 defeat against Croatia in Vinkovci .

On June 3, 2011, he scored his first goal. In the surprising 2-0 victory in qualifying for the European Championship 2012 against Lithuania , he scored the 1-0 in the seventh minute.
