Philostephanos
Philostephanos of Cyrene (Latin: Philostephanus , in older literature occasionally also Polystephanus ; * in Cyrene) was a Greek poet and historian of the 3rd century BC. He was a friend or student of Callimachus and probably lived mainly in Alexandria .
Only fragments of his works have survived, including those of many scholiasts and lexicographers.
