Pidhoriwka ( Ukrainian Підгорівка ; Russian Подгоровка Podgorowka ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 3700 inhabitants (2001).
The village founded in the late 17th century (another source after 1856) is the only village in the 59.46 km² district council of the same name in the center of Starobilsk Raion .
Pidhorivka is located at the confluence of the 59 km long Bila ( Біла ) in the Ajdar 7 km northwest of the city center of the district capital Starobilsk and about 100 km north of the Luhansk Oblast center . The territorial road T-13-13 runs through the village and crosses the regional road P-07 in the south of the village .
