Pierre-Emmanuel Largeron (* 1991 in Pertuis , ( Département Vaucluse )) is a French conductor and violinist.

biography

Largeron started playing the violin at the age of 3. At the age of 5 he attended his first master class at Masayuki Kino , with whom he gave his first concert that year. In 1998 he entered the Conservatoire de Nice and at the age of 8 received a first prize in the Vatelot Competition.

In 2012 he received the Master of Arts from the University of London with the highest distinction, as well as the diploma of the Royal Music Academy (DipRAM) in the class of the Franco-Venezuelan master Maurice Hasson .

From 2014 to 2018 he received his PhD in computer music from Plymouth University (UK) . Among other things, he developed a system for online public participation in a live music event.

From 2015 to 2017 he studied conducting with Colin Metters , Simon Ible and Achim Holub . He conducted the Berlin Sinfonietta , the Ten Tors Orchestra , the Plymouth University Orchestra and the Singapore Youth Orchestra .

  • "Golden Talent" Classical Music Category by Rotary International (2010)
  • "Young Hope" trophy from the French from abroad, awarded by Le Monde and Le Petit Journal (2017)
