Pierre Apestéguy

Pierre Apestéguy , occasionally Pierre Apesteguy , (* 1912 in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department , † November 17, 1972 ) was a French writer of Basque origin .

Life

Apestéguy worked for years as a journalist for the magazine “Le petit Parisien”. After the end of the war , he was also managing director of Enzo-Film for some time . As such, he also wrote scripts, some of which were filmed by his company.

In addition to his actual work, there were several detective novels over the years that were positively reviewed by contemporary literary critics . Apestéguy wrote some of them under the pseudonym Franck Marshal .
