Pierre Mazuel
Pierre Mazuel (* 1605 in Paris ; † 1639 location unknown) was a French classical instrumental musician from the Mazuel dynasty of musicians . His father was Jean Mazuel (father) , his brother Jean Mazuel (son) .
In 1625, Pierre Mazuel became a musician within the 24 violons du Roi . In 1626 he played the basse de violon , the haute contre de violon and the cornet in an association of orchestral musicians. In 1629 he is recorded in another musicians' association as a player of the basse de violon and the taille de cornet .
