Pierre Nierhaus (born March 7, 1957 in Düsseldorf ) is a German author , hospitality and change specialist, catering entrepreneur and speaker .

Act

In 2008 Nierhaus published the specialist book "Reich in der Gastronomie", which was awarded a silver medal by the German Gastronomic Academy . Subsequently, with “Breakfast - Opportunities for Bakers” and “Traditionsreich mit Gasthof, Wirtshaus und Kneipe”, additional specialist books were published in collaboration with authors .

As a guest lecturer, Nierhaus held lectures at the Hessian Administration and Business Academy in Frankfurt, the International Real Estate Business School and at the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef-Bonn , Hospitality Real Estate.
