Pierre Nippkow
Pierre Nippkow (* 1983 in Röbel / Müritz ) is a German chef.
Career
Pierre Nippkow trained as a chef at the Steigenberger Hotel Sonne in Rostock . Then he went to the Bernstein restaurant in the Ostseeblick beach hotel in Heringsdorf . In 2005 he temporarily took over the management of the kitchen team as sous-chef. In 2009 he moved to the niXe restaurant (one Michelin star ) in Binz on Rügen .
Since 2011 he has been head chef in the gourmet restaurant Ostseelounge in Dierhagen , which was awarded a Michelin star in 2014. When the restaurant was closed, he did further training with Christian Bau and Joachim Wissler, among others .
