The Pike Hill Brook is a 4.8 km long river in Orange County in the US state of Vermont .

Its source is 4 kilometers northeast of West Corinth in a wooded area off Richardson Road . It initially flows in a south-easterly direction, only to swivel in about half of its course to the northeast. It flows into the Waits River at East Corinth .

The river at Pike Hill played a central role in copper mining between 1847 and 1919 . To this day, the river's ecosystem is polluted with heavy metals due to mining and superfund area .
