Pillsbury is a small town in the US with a population of 24. Only about eleven of the inhabitants live in Pillsbury itself, the rest of them live on surrounding farms. The median income of Pillsbury residents in 1999 was $ 10,137 and the median income for a household was $ 30,000. The median age in 2000 was 43, 21 residents were white, three were descendants of the Native Americans.
The place was named after Alfred F. Pillsbury .
Pillsbury gained international fame when no one appeared in the 2008 local elections on June 10th. Even the candidates, although there were no opposing candidates, did not vote.
