A natural morel in the Smržovka coat of arms

Mushrooms are Heraldry a seldom-used coat of arms figure .

The representation of the fruit body is relatively simple: a stem with a hat on top (so-called cap mushrooms) or a more or less ruffled bulbous column for a morel . The color of the figure is based on the heraldic tincture . Mainly porcini mushrooms , toadstools , tintlings , morels and truffles are shown . In the coat of arms of the Czech municipality of Smržovka, the mushroom has become the talking coat of arms . Only a few municipalities have one or more mushrooms up their sleeves. Most of the coats of arms with mushrooms are family coats of arms. But here there are also predominantly talking coats of arms. Also in the coat of armsthe coat of arms can be repeated. The hat mushroom is seldom standing upside down, but it must be described that way.
