Infrastructure

The stadium was rebuilt in the summer of 2006. A new, approx. 61 meter wide grandstand was built approx. Five meters behind the playing field. The new grandstand has a capacity of 1080 spectators. In addition to the changing rooms, there is also a sauna, rooms for physiotherapists, offices for referees and trainers as well as washrooms, a cold store and a large VIP room with a press area. In addition, standing stands have now been built behind both gates. Due to high fences, ball stop nets and advertising posters above the goal, visibility is limited. The stadium has a total capacity of 5001 seats, of which 1080 is seated and 3921 is standing room.

The M&P Baudesign Arena includes a sports hall , the 400 m athletics facility , the club house and other structural facilities for the infrastructure. Originally the stadium had two main playing fields and small training areas. The curves for the grass track race and the paddock were located in the northern area.

In 2017 the venue was again significantly rebuilt and expanded. After the MSC established a new location, the old curve systems and standing stands of the race as well as the paddock were completely dismantled and demolished. The BVC has built additional fields on this, so that the stadium now has seven fields. This makes it the largest football park in the Oldenburger Münsterland.
