Plateau is a Polish rock band from Wołomin .

history

The band, which then consisted of Michał Szulim (guitar and vocals), Dominik Rowicki (bass) and Maciek Grajkowski (drums), brought out their first demo in 2001. In the same year, Plateau toured Poland.

In July 2002, the group recorded their first music video, a live video recording of their song Pomiędzy złem a dobrem , which was shown by VIVA and MTV , among others . In the same year Dominik Rowicki left the band and Paweł Wolski-Rzewuski came for him . In October the band played in the Miss Poland semi-finals . In 2003 they gave TV 4 a half-hour interview for the Strefa P program and another for TVP2 in Gość Dwójki . Further interviews were broadcast on Radio Rock and Jazz Radio .

In October Wojciech Pilichowski released the album No Bass No Fun , which includes the song Kaktus von Plateau.

In 2004 they shot their video for To nie ty in Milan . In September 2004 they started recording their debut album MEGALOMANIA , which ended after four months. In between they played at a concert in Berlin in October . In January 2005 they started their Megalomania Tour and in July they performed at Węgorzewo 2005 , one of the biggest rock festivals in Poland.

They signed their first record deal with Universal Music Polska in August 2005 and they recorded a video for the song Sto lat samotności .

Her debut album MEGALOMANIA was released on October 3, 2005.
