The Pleven Saddle (English; Bulgarian Плевенска седловина Plewenska sedlowina ) is an approximately 500 m high and deeply incised saddle on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Friesland Ridge of the Tangra Mountains, it lies between MacKay Peak in the west-southwest and Tervel Peak in the east-northeast. The midpoint of this mountain pass is 0.4 km east of MacKay Peak, 1.2 km west-southwest of Tervel Peak and 1.8 km north of Gabrovo Knoll . The Peschtera Glacier is south and the Charity Glacier is north of it.
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2004 after the city of Pleven in northern Bulgaria .
