Pontus Kåmark (born April 5, 1969 in Västerås ) is a Swedish football player .

Defender Pontus Kåmark began his career in his hometown of Västerås at Västerås SK . After four seasons in the first squad, he moved to IFK Gothenburg . Due to his good performance, also in the national team, the English club Leicester City became aware of him, for whom he played from 1995 to 1999. The player ended his career in 2001 in Stockholm with AIK Solna . He can look back on 57 international matches and third place in the 1994 World Cup in the USA . Today he works as a commentator on television.
