Potlatch is a French record label for free jazz , experimental and improvisation music .

The independent record label Potlatch was founded around 1998 by the former saxophonist of the Axolotl formation , Jacques Oger, and the live electronics engineer Jean-Marc Foussat . Since then, Musik u. a. by Derek Bailey , Burkhard Beins , John Butcher , Xavier Charles , Axel Dörner , Michel Doneda , Cor Fuhler , Jean-Luc Guionnet , Steve Lacy , Daunik Lazro , Joëlle Léandre , Denman Maroney , Keith Rowe .
